Being an experienced green building design engineering firm, we will always think-outside-the-box while working to improve energy efficiency and to reduce a project's long term impact on the environment.
Founded in 2003 by Gary Beck (P.E., SECB, LEED AP) Eco-Holdings Engineering has a small but focused technical design staff. To date we have supported many hundreds of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Of these, more than 30 were true 'green building' projects, including Austin's first USGBC LEED Platinum Residence (designed by Architect Laverne Williams).
Our expert team uses SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit for site/civil and structural engineering with MEP detailing and energy modeling.

This home was 'only' about 50 years old (wood homes can now be easily designed to last 1000 years.)
This particular pile is about 6000 cubic feet of waste.
Around 270,000 such homes are torn down annually in the U.S. This could build a wall 30' tall x 30' wide around the USA! 
But 75% to 90% of a demolished house could be recycled. (EPA 2012)
